Personal Statement
The yellowed page speaks of an ancient tailor.
Richly patined, in meticulous quiet,
Ink darkens, exulting seasons.
But silent memories move endless.
Documentation, preservation and conservation are notions that are central to my practice as a curator, artist and archivist. I am committed to investigations which cultivate relationships and inspire correspondence in order to share, preserve and distribute thoughts and ideas. The act of gathering, cataloging and exchanging images and histories is central to my work and research; as is a creative process which draws inspiration from historic memoirs, chronicles, photographs and the yellowed page.
